I’m Richelle — a leadership coach and culture consultant with deep roots in HR at Meta, Amazon, and Netflix. I’ve sat in the room where culture is made and broken, and I’ve watched brilliant technical leaders plateau not because of skill gaps, but because no one ever taught them how to lead people.
