We work intuitively and visionally — moving from emotional chaos to embodied clarity, and into a structure you can build on. This isn't therapy, and it isn't career coaching. It's the deeper work that makes both possible.

Engagements are tailored to you — your context, your timeline, your pace. We typically work together over 3–6 months, with sessions every 2–3 weeks. Everything is confidential.

Every engagement begins with a discovery call to make sure it's the right fit. From there, we build something that's yours.

Coaching is a forward-focused, collaborative process. It is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment, and should not be used as a substitute for professional psychological care. I am not a licensed therapist, and our work together is not a clinical relationship.
